Our team
OTR asks public safety professionals to trust us with sensitive, personal matters. Here's who's behind it, and why their backgrounds matter.

Kelly leads OTR's vision, partnerships, and growth, helping turn the organization's mission into sustainable programs for public safety professionals and agencies.

Mike's career is anchored in Internal Affairs work inside correctional facilities, paired with degrees in criminal justice management and business administration. He brings firsthand public safety and investigative experience to OTR, helping shape operations and ensure the program reflects the realities of the people and organizations it serves.

A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Ashley spent nearly a decade on the front lines inside correctional facilities, across intake, medical and housing units, and psychiatric care. She saw how untreated trauma and stress quietly wear down the people who serve, and founded OTR to bring real, clinically grounded support to them, confidentially, and without judgment. Her guiding principle: never judge; treat everyone as an equal.
OTR's peer programs are supported by a growing network of licensed clinicians and public-safety advisors. Interested in contributing? Get in touch →
